purchase to be delivered to you as soon as possible, and perform
exactly as we have described in our shopping pages. We have taken
great care to provide you with as much product information as
possible, offering you all the information you need to come to

Shipping and processing charges
For all orders delivered to UK mainland we
charge a shipping fee of £4.49. 9

We accept Visa, Master Card, Switch, visa debit. When you send us your
personal information:- credit card details, address, phone numbers
etc. we encrypt these details to ensure that we protect them from
unlawful access. To purchase from us over the Internet you must
be over 18 years old. we never ever pass your details on to a third party (other than your address to the courier company)
DELIVERY
As soon as your order has been accepted we will send you confirmation,
this normally this take place automatically in a few minutes. Our aim is
to deliver cot mattresses by Parcel Force or City Link products by NEXT DAY, occasionally there may be a days delay, due to unforeseen circumstances, currently we are achieving over 92% next day delivery for orders received before midday.
Crib mattresses we dispatch by First class post and the same conditions applies with Cot mattresses.
if
you are in the more remote parts of the uk it may take a little
longer up to 4 days. In the unlikely event that we run out of
stock and cannot fulfill your order we will contact you by e-mail or phone to advise
you of all options available to you. It is our policy to remove
from the catalogue items that may be temporarily out of stock,
hence hopefully offering you a shopping catalogue that has total
availability. All orders are subject to availability.
Receiving your order
When you receive your order if the parcel shows signs of damage
to the outer carton, perhaps damp or split or crushed please sign
for it 'received damaged'.
Refunds Policy
We make every effort to describe the products in great detail,
however should you feel that your purchase is not suitable we
will accept it back providing it is in the returned to us in the
same condition as it was dispatched in the original product packaging. and unopened so the seal is nor broken,
The cost of the return will be your responsibility, please contact
helpline@cotmattress.com and we will be please to arrange collection, it is often cheaper for you to send the mattress back via post! You have seven days from receiving the goods to take advantage
of our distance selling refund policy.
Faulty goods
Our products carry a one year warranty, If you have purchased
a product from us and it develops a fault please contact us at
helpline@cotmattress.com giving us the details of your complaint
, date of purchase etc. We will arrange to have the item repaired
or replaced if the fault is due to an inherent fault in the manufacture
or it has not in our opinion proved fit for purpose. This guarantee
does not affect your statutory rights.

Be cause of the massive amount of spam we all suffer from we will not be adding to it by sending you promotional offers direct to your e-mail address.

Your account is with "Baby Junction" and payment on
your credit card is made via Pro tx. Our system
will hold details of your sales transactions with us. we do not share these details with anyone
Price Promise
We continually monitor competitor prices to ensure that we are
competitive. If within seven days of purchasing from us you find
that you could have purchased the absolute identical product cheaper
from another "solely e-commerce company" please contact
us and we will refund the difference. nobody ever beats us on price and service!
